• Virtus- Meeting will be held Thursday Oct 22nd at 7.30pm in Ward Meehan Hall. Try to register on line if possible before the meeting. All members of the St. Joan of Arc Home School Association are required to take the virtus class.

• Pizza Lunch- Friday October 23rd 2009.

Volunteers

Set up at 10:15am
K Lunch at 11am
1st - 3rd Grade 11.20am
4th - 8th Grade 12.15pm.

-Serve Pizza / Drinks
-Make flyers. separate by class.
-Volunteers to get drinks, plates, napkins.
-Collect envelopes and count money, pizzas
-Pre-order pizza

Dates for Pizza Lunch in November (Nov 6th or 20th tentative)

• Halloween Treat Week for entire school.

• Decorating the school landings for Halloween.

• JHBG Halloween Parade- 37th Ave on Saturday October 31st 12.00 noon.
